For one of the top leading bank based in Brussels, Neofise is currently for Senior Business Analyst for the domain Lending. The department Engineering Lending is part of E2E Engineering Operations. It has the ambition to enable the Business to achieve its objectives around the domain Lending, by making sure that adequate operations, processes and applications are provided. In close collaboration with the Business, IT and specific stakeholders such as Risk, it hereby defines the operational strategy around Credits. In order to realise this strategy, Engineering Lending participates in specific projects.

Job description - Function
- Formalize the business needs and requirements for IT developpement (either new developments or updates of existing applications)
- Coordinate, collaborate and make the necessary links within the Engineering team (with Process and Business Engineering experts, with other business analysts,…) and outside the Engineering team (E2E Process Owners, other Engineering team members,…)
- Prepare and coordinate business tests scenarios, with the help of process / application experts + execute tests o Prepare and implement the change management (communication plan, training,…)
- Prepare the transition to after care (incl. project closure,…).
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for the domain Lending. He/she will have to meet the profile described below. Business Analysis on a specific project. Depending on the exact project you will be working on, you will be responsible for one or more of the following activitities:
Profile
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- French or Dutch
- English required
Soft-Skills
- Team player and Able to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Able to reach a helicopter view and summarize complex topics
- Excellent communication and reporting skill
- Experience in process modelling and design
- Dynamic, flexible, pro-active, structured
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
Experience
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Mandatory : Coordination skills to discuss with stakeholders inside and outside the domainin order to guarantee the deliverables intime / scope / cost.
- Mandatory : Knowledge of bank domain “Credits”
- Mandatory : MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint(strong presentation skills)
- Mandatory : ARIS
- Preferable: Experience within large organization, preferably within banking area, Some years of experience in the securities world is a major plus
- Preferable:Project Management Methodology
- Preferable:Clarity / Open Work Bench
- Preferable:Previous experience in the definition of IT and business architecture models is a must
