Job description - Function
The department is looking for a Functional Analyst having at least 5 years experience as Functional Analyst on mainframe. He/she will have to meet the profile described below. Depending on the exact project you will be working on, you will be responsible for one or more of the following activitities:
- You validate and analyze the Business Requirements
- You translate these requirements into functional specifications which will be used by technical analysts and testers
- You validate the functional specifications of your functional analysts colleagues
- You translate the functional specifications into logical test cases
Profile
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- French or Dutch
- English required
Soft-Skills
- Team player and Able to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Able to reach a helicopter view and summarize complex topics
- Excellent communication and reporting skill
- Experience in process modelling and design
- Dynamic, flexible, pro-active, structured
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
Experience
- At least 5 years experience as Functional Analyst on mainframe
- Mandatory : Mainframe experience (APS, MFEEE, Cobol)
- Mandatory : Standard XML
- Mandatory : MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint(strong presentation skills)
- Preferable: Experience on international projects as well as on maintenance releases
- Preferable:Project Management Methodology
- Preferable:Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
